Practicing Yoga with us
We practice traditional sadhanas (disciplines) to actively approach conscious unity. All of our classes are always modified to suit each unique student in the room. Currently all of our yoga sadhanas are offered both online and in person.
The Bhagavad Gita teaches this about the essence of Yoga: "On this path, no effort is wasted. Even a little of this practice will shelter you from great sorrow."
For meaningful transformation, class packages and memberships are designed for you, to receive the full benefits of your sadhanas. Ayurveda + Yoga practices are an ancient system which will reset your wellbeing in incremental, nonlinear shifts. Each practice is a knock at the door.
