Service Description

Individualized Session Online via Skype: Focus all aspects of your self on a single point of awareness, and develop elevated states of emotion through the power of partnership between breath, body, and mind. We will use ancient and modern techniques, including breath patterning, body witnessing, mantra, and cultivating heart-centered attention. 30 minutes per meditation session. We encourage all students to practice consistently for a period of 3-6 months to see effects of the practices.
