Bliss of Breath Therapeutic Yoga Program
Bliss of Breath is a yoga modality to release habitual patterns of tension, release stress and stored thoughts + emotions, become energized, balance the doshas (elements in the body), refresh the natural restorative power of your breath, and develop the skills to sustain your own individual practice of yoga.
In a therapeutic yoga series, you will learn:

of led discussion on how to formulate, keep track of, and reach your goals. Get regular support for your consistent progress, troubleshoot any challenges, explore Ayurvedic principles for the season, and Q+A with Laura and Sajan Dogra. 45 to 60 minutes each check-in.
Sessions of Pranayama Breathing
instruction to cleanse the neurological channels and begin to manage the body's patterns of PRANA or vital life energy movement through breath control techniques. 60 minutes each session.
Sessions of Bliss of Breath
class to guide you in a full-body, full range of motion gentle yoga with skeletal movements which are safe and effective for every body type, alongside guided breath and body awareness exercises. 60 to 75 minutes each class.
Sessions of Meditation
designed to focus all levels of your self on a single point of awareness, and develop elevated states of emotion through the power of partnership between breath, body, and mind. We will use ancient and modern techniques, including breath patterning, body scan, mantra, and heart-center focus. Sessions start at 20 minutes and build to 45 minutes.

Bookings are available 7 days a week, between 7 AM and 7 PM EDT.
All classes will be scheduled on an individual basis per your schedule.
