Sajan was raised in Himalaya, the North East of India in the village of Puldiyana, Uttarakhand.  At the age of 14, he completed his 500,000 Om Namah Shivay japa meditation.  He has completed degrees in Economics, Panchkarma, and Ayurveda Therapy, and began work in the field of Ayurveda and Panchkarma Therapy  in 2010.  In 2014, his Ayurveda Therapy studio in the Sant Sev Ashram in Laksman Jhula (Rishikesh, India) became the home of his unique style of thai yoga therapy, where he offers and teaches Ayurveda Therapies + Massage.

In 2017 Mr. Dogra completed his 1200 hour yoga teacher training and founded the non-profit Rishikesh Yoga Foundation.. The foundation supports local community development and partners with yoga centers world wide to preserve authentic Himalayan knowledge taught from the origins of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, in the midst of globalization of yogic concepts. 

Currently Mr. Dogra is lead instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Panchakarma Technician at Indian Yoga Alliance, in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA. He offers instruction in yogasana, meditation, breath work, and Ayurvedic Massage and Panchkarma health treatments, from beauty care to massage to dosha balancing. These practices have been handed down from teacher to student for many thousands of years to maintain health and happiness, and are growing worldwide as tools used to live in alignment. 

Sajan offers Ayurveda Healing Treatments by appointment.  He teaches Ashtanga, Hatha, Beginner, and Bliss of Breath Yoga, as well as Meditation.

Dr. Hemlata Saklani Bahunga is from New Tehri, located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Since 2011, she has been teaching yoga anatomy and physiology in Rishikesh, India.  Dr. Hemlata Bahunga is an expert in her field of yoga anatomy and physio-yoga therapy. She has served on faculty at CMI Hospital, Dehradun, Yashodha Hospital, Ghaziabad, and presently at Shri Krishna Institute of Bio-Medical Science and Research in the departments of Physiotherapy and Anatomy & Physiology. 

 

Dr. Bahunga is a MA Yoga from Sanskrit University Haridwar, as well as 100h Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher.  She lives in Rishikesh, India with her family.

Swami Atma Jnanananda Giri is an Homeopathic doctor from Kerala, India, residing in the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, since 2008. He learned yoga meditation from Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama ashram, and studied Vedanta, the knowledge of Indian Philosophy, from Dayananda ashram. Swami Atma and is currently leading students from around the world on the path of yoga and meditation.

 

He offers insightful lectures on yogic traditions as well as Vedantic philosophy, and draws his inspiration of enlightenment practices from the Mandukya Upanishad. Swami Atma's students are guided to a state of relaxation through Yoga Nidra and are taught exercises to optimize the functioning of joints and glands and purification of the nadis, to help the prana flow throughout the body. Atma presents The Bhagavad Gita as a scripture beyond religion and explores its relationship to yoga in all of his teaching.

 

Learners are brought to an understanding of yoga as a way of life and a means of achieving balance within themselves in a stressful and fast-paced existence, rather than exclusively as physical exercise.

Having a natural instinct for the healing benefits of touch on the body, Mel has a passion for sharing her ability to attune to her client’s needs in the body.  She connects to her clients’ peace of mind and achieves healing through deep opening of the body, with stretching and pulling relaxation techniques. 

 

Mel specializes in Swedish Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy.  Mel comes from Indian and African descent with a passion for giving her clients treatments from the healing traditions of her culture of origin.

Dr. Maurya is a classically trained and educated Ayurveda Doctor specializing in panchakarma treatments. He has been practicing for over 17 years in Rishikesh, Northern India, serving clients from all over the world. 

Dr. Maurya is an expert in panchakarma detoxification and rejuvenation, Ayurvedic therapies, pulse diagnosis, Moxabustion, Agni Karma and use of medicinal plants. 

 

The objective of the Panchakarma wellness package is to promote a feeling of health and vitality by means of cleansing the body, clearing the mind and allowing the consciousness to take its rightful place in your life.

Yoga first found Laura at a donation based studio in New York City in 2008. From that time, the tapas (discipline) of daily practice has been the foundation of her experience with the practice. She completed her yoga teacher certification under the instruction of Ashish Sharma,  in Rishikesh, India in 2016. She is a lover of asana biomechanics and alignment, and teaches in-depth about each posture and with an intention for the long-term health benefits from sustained practice for her students. 

Laura follows the path of yoga and ayurveda to clean the body and clear the mind, in order to connect with universal consciousness in meditation.

A passion for soul-level self development led Laura to a mentor and energy healer who introduced Reiki as part of her self-healing journey in 2016. After several years of searching for a sustainable, naturopathic wellness routine, Laura received her Master-Level Reiki Healing certificate, studied at Kerala Ayurveda Academy to become an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (NAMA certified). 

Laura is driven by the joy of sharing the transformative effects of daily self-healing energy work and natural wellness practices: Yoga + Reiki training and practice, together with an Ayurvedic diet, and support of a physician with herbal and naturopathic tools.
