Bliss of Breath is a yoga modality to release habitual patterns of tension, release stress and stored thoughts + emotions, become energized, balance the doshas (elements in the body), refresh the natural restorative power of your breath, and develop the skills to sustain your own individual practice of yoga.
Our yoga school is a leading education center for Yoga and Ayurveda, located in Saratoga Springs, NY, USA. We offer training and retreats, as well as daily classes, to practice the original knowledge of yoga and meditation, as preserved in the Vedas.
Indian Yoga Alliance is a unit of Rishikesh Yoga Foundation, a not-for-profit organization founded in the birthplace of yoga (Rishikesh, India). Rishikesh Yoga Foundation works in partnership with existing communities (yoga studios, schools, senior centers, and more) around the world to integrate the heart and meaning of Yoga into their instruction and culture.
In the system of Yoga + Ayurveda, multiple healing modalities are integrated to cleanse and tone the underlying mechanics of your physical and energetic bodies. Therapeutic movement, breathing techniques, and meditation are the foundation for healing chronic blockages which cause stress and discomfort.
Your Bliss of Breath package includes Ayurvedic lifestyle support calls, and individual sessions of yogic energy work in 3 essential forms of yoga: physical postures, breath work, and guided meditation.

All of the Indian Yoga Alliance yoga packages are designed to bring you into rhythm with a well-rounded, regular, practice schedule to activate, cleanse, balance, accept, and align. These are the observances of NIYAMA.
NIYAMA refers not only to the yogic practices themselves, but also to the value of discipline in the timing of the practices, and adhering to a regulated schedule for wellness habits.
As with all wellness and lifestyle practices, the principle of NIAYAMA applies strongly to the participation in a set course practices to cleanse the body, mind and emotions, as well as align with the spiritual aspect of the self.
As with all disciplines, the more devotion you give to your sessions and personal practice, the more transformation you will experience.
