Individualized Session Online Via Skype: Settle into the foundations of Yoga. This class is aimed at the therapeutic effects of Yoga as a physical and mental exercise. Each session features Postures, Breath, Pratyahara (stilling the senses), and Meditation. Good for everyone, beginners and experts. Bliss of Breath focuses on the simple but deep exercises to open lines of energy, improve circulation, and support the body's natural resources for rest and recovery, including: · joint warming to clear meridians, · gentle mobility exercises to stimulate lymph circulation, · vocalization to align nadis, · deep breathing to support circulation and cleanse internal organs, · meditation to improve mood, sleep, and cognition, · and more, body function-specific exercises, to fit the needs of each student All levels are encouraged to attend Bliss of Breath classes for a series of 10-12 sessions to realize the compounding benefits of going deep into your yoga practice.
