Single Class pass can be used for any 1 hour class, including:
- Bliss of Breath
- Online Classes
- In-Person Classes
To sign up for a single class, (1) first purchase a class here, (2) then choose the class you would like to take and register at indianyogaalliance.com/yoga
All of the yoga practices build on one another, and take effect through repeated, regular use of the methods. We encourage all students to practice consistently for a period of 3-6 months to see effects of the practices.
