Single Class pass can be used for any 1 hour class, including:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation 
  • Pranayama
  • Bliss of Breath
  • Online Classes
  • In-Person Classes


To sign up for a single class, (1) first purchase a class here, (2) then choose the class you would like to take and register at


All of the yoga practices build on one another, and take effect through repeated, regular use of the methods. We encourage all students to practice consistently for a period of 3-6 months to see effects of the practices.
